The dining room overlooks the garden and the river Menoge.
In summer the veranda doors open onto the shady terraces, while in winter the ambiance is cosy and convivial, the candlelit round tables surrounded by friendly faces.
Our ambition is to offer a top quality cuisine based on the finest fresh local products. Our chefs prepare them with care and craft in order to highlight the savour and texture of each ingredient. They work in close collaboration with the best local producers to assure the best quality at the best price.The style of our cuisine is defined by the ingredients that we use….such as scallops from Brittany and Dublin Bay Prawns, a thick slice of fresh cod with a Lautrec garlic sauce, “foie gras” from Les Landes, or Charolais Beef. To say nothing of the whole grilled veal kidneys, the pan fried calamari, or the fish and shellfish from our local lakes.
We are particularly proud of our wine list, which proposes only the best references from each region, but with a constant effort to find the best value for money, and to uncover the rising stars of French winemaking.
