The stability, professionalism, and experience of our staff are the bedrock on which the hospitality with which we greet you is based. Since 1993 all of management and staff have tried to develop a warm welcoming establishment, full of real comfort, but without useless ostentation or formality.

We like our guests to say “ We have enjoyed our vist, we feel at ease, almost at home here”. For all of the staff the aim is to provide the best services, with the best possible value for money.  We respect the raw materials that we use, and the clients that we serve.  We try to meet the demands of each and every guest, we bend to their requirements, and try not to impose a style or restrictions.

We do not chase after stars or rosettes, but try every day to win the satisfied smile of our guests. We hope thus to maintain our statuts as a local institution, firendly and reliable.
